Julia Molloy at Danny Russo Onsite Intensive

The Program Agenda Overview is as Follows:

Julia Molloy will work one-on-one with your firm on-site for 2 - 4 days, depending on recommendation. All team members will need to be available during regular business hours during the intensive. A daily agenda outline will be provided prior to Julia’s arrival and is based on the Solution Set she develops once the team interviews have been conducted.
Pre-Onsite: Assessment and Solution Set
Documents and other pieces of information may be requested to determine need set. Team interviews will be conducted prior to your intensive. These confidential phone calls with Julia Molloy are generally 20 minutes per team member. There may be videos team members will need to watch prior to the intensive, to facilitate expedient implementation during intensive.
Expect the Intensive to be… well, intense. Days may run long. We will work a bit through lunches and do whatever it takes to get your office across the finish line while I am there. I will have your team begin implementation while I am onsite, setting up the tools and methods real time.

I will then be available to support you and your team after I leave to make sure you have what you need to successfully implement and render the positive outcomes of a dramatically more efficient and proactive design firm.
